Enter a search term into the search box, Miniso will provide all applicable results. You may enter the product name, model, function, or any keyword. Select the product you are looking for. Then select “add to cart”. Carry on browsing and adding more products to your cart.

To place an order, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the product you want to order
  2. On the description page, click ‘add to cart’
  3. On the shopping cart page, click ‘proceed to checkout’
  4. As a new customer, click ‘continue’ under new customer
  5. On the next page, fill in your details under customer information,
  6. Choose from the payment options available.
  7. Confirm your order by clicking on the ‘checkout’ button

If you are a new user, you can sign up for your Miniso account in a few easy steps. Simply provide an email, billing address, and phone number. You will be required to provide your e-mail address and a password to login to your Miniso account.

All products on Miniso are Miniso products, and therefore brand new. We pledge originality and genuineness.

Miniso Ghana is a retail franchise for various Miniso products but does not offer installation or repair services.

Before your order is dispatched, you will receive notification to confirm that the package is about to leave the warehouse to your door. If we are not able to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unable to unavailable, MINISO will communicate to find another time that will be suitable for product delivery. Miniso will ensure that all products get to customers in a timely and convenient manner.

Yes. Product deliveries can be made to office addresses. Simply choose the office address as the shipping address upon checkout.

Miniso ensures that all our prices are as competitive and affordable as possible. Because Miniso delivers such great value, our prices are non-negotiable.

All our products have a 7-day  exchange policy. Miniso will exchange a product that is returned during this period with a factory and/or manufacturer’s fault.

Currently, Minio only offers only Miniso products that are sourced by Minis suppliers approved by Miniso Headquarters. If you would like to become a supplier, please send an e-mail with your proposal and company information to info@miniso-gh.com

Yes. Miniso currently delivers products directly to customers anywhere in Accra and Tema. For customers in Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale, MINISO has designated locations where customers can pick-up their orders,

Miniso’s standard is next day delivery for customers in Accra and Tema; 2 to 3 days for customers in Kumasi and 3 to 4 days for customers at all other locations within Ghana.

Miniso has two brick and mortar stores located at Marina Mall – Airport – Accra, and Achimtoa Mall – Achimota – Accra.

Miniso’s delivery charges are based on city. From time to time, MINISO offers free delivery promotions to customers. In such instances, the promotion is stated clearly on the e-commerce website.

No. For shop orders customers will have to order and pick up at the shops.

Miniso currently offers three payment options – Debit & Credit Card Payments, and Mobile Money Payment. Miniso does not do Pay on Delivery. Upon checkout, the customer is free to choose which payment option is best suited for you.

Miniso Ghana is a budget-friendly retailer, however, Miniso currently does not offer instalment payments. Miniso offers very competitive prices, that are budget-friendly.
